JOB PERMANENT TALENT (JPT) BV, with registered office at PRINS HENDRIKKADE 21 E, 1012 TL AMSTERDAM (NL) and secondary office at VIA DEI GRACCHI N.169, 00192 ROME (RM), VAT number 17576951002 – Tax Code 94190690548, as Data Controller of personal data (hereinafter, “Data Controller”) pursuant to Articles 4, no. 7) and 24 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, “EU Regulation”), informs you that it holds your personal data and will process it for the purposes and in the manner indicated below.
A. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
A.1 Pre-contractual and Contractual Purposes
- Responding to inquiries from the contact form and for follow-up communications;
- Activating newsletters with the consent of the data subject.
A.2 Purposes of Compliance with Legal Obligations
Personal data will be processed to fulfill obligations provided by law, regulations, or EU legislation, and for civil, accounting, and tax purposes, as well as in matters of labor, social security, and welfare.
The data that will be processed for the above purposes may include: name, surname, tax code, email, and phone number.
B. Communication and Disclosure of Personal Data for Processing Purposes
In all the cases illustrated above, the Data Controller may communicate personal data externally to third parties where such communication is necessary for the fulfillment of obligations arising from signed contracts, submitted quotation requests, and legal requirements (including, but not limited to: individuals, companies, or professional firms providing assistance, consultancy, or collaboration in technical, data processing, accounting, administrative, legal, tax, and financial matters). With reference to Article 13, paragraph 1, letter (e) of the EU Regulation, the subjects or categories of subjects who may become aware of the user’s personal data as data processors or persons in charge of processing are listed below:
- Personnel of the Data Controller, appointed and authorized to process the data;
- Third parties engaged by the Data Controller for the organization, execution, and administrative management of the services you requested (service providers, technical consultants, IT consultants, legal, tax consultants);
- Public bodies and administrative authorities to fulfill legal obligations.
B1. Legal Basis, Mandatory or Optional Consent for the Pursuit of Personal Data Processing Purposes
The legal basis that allows the lawfulness of the processing operations outlined above relates to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes; letter b) “processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract”; letter c) “processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject”; and letter f) of the Regulation “processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party.”
If the data subject does not intend to provide the personal data requested and necessary based on the above, the consequence may be the impossibility of using the services provided or being contacted by JPT BV.
C. Data Retention Periods and Other Information
The data will be retained for the periods specified below pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 2, letter (a) of the EU Regulation.
The personal data collected will be retained for as long as they are deemed useful for the purposes for which they were collected.
This is without prejudice to the five-year or ten-year retention periods for documents and related data of a civil, accounting, and tax nature as provided by current laws. Pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 1, letter (f) of the EU Regulation, it is informed that, in certain circumstances, the collected data may be transferred to a third country or an international organization within the European Union to fulfill the purposes described above. The collected data are not subject to automated processing.

E. Exercise of Rights by the Data Subject
Pursuant to Articles 13, paragraph 2, letters (b) and (d), 15, 18, 19, and 21 of the EU Regulation, we inform the data subject that:
(a) He/she has the right to request from the Data Controller access to, rectification or erasure of, or restriction of processing concerning his/her personal data or to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability;

(b) He/she has the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, following the procedures and indications published on the Authority’s official website at www.garanteprivacy.it;
(c) Any rectification or erasure or restriction of processing carried out at the request of the data subject – unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort – shall be communicated by JOB PERMANENT TALENT (JPT) BV to each of the recipients to whom personal data have been transmitted. The Data Controller may inform the data subject of these recipients if the data subject so requests. The exercise of rights is not subject to any formal constraints and is free of charge.
